The iron fist displayed. Just moments after a landslide victory in the Philippine Presidential Elections, with his index finger still showing the ink that marked his vote, President-Elect Rodrigo Duterte gave his first grim warning as he prepares to make changes in the country.

It has been known worldwide that there is an issue at NAIA airport where ammunitions are being planted in suitcases (known as “laglag bala”) targeting OFW and foreign nationals with the intent to blackmail these individuals to pay cash instead of getting fined or worse, held up in the Philippines to stand trial. The victims would opt to pay cash instead of missing their flights or lose the jobs they hold overseas if held in the Philippines for trial.

Here’s what President-elect Rodrigo “Digong” Duterte had to say to the Police Force at NAIA.
